(七)护心捶
身体继续右转,向下松塌裆劲,形成蓄劲。两拳同时逆缠向右膝外下侧旋转。接着,身体变为左转,右腿弓膝塌劲,重心移至右腿,随之提起左脚,脚尖自然下垂,成右独立步;左拳逆缠向上将身体领起,动作不停,右脚随身体上起蹬地发力,将身体腾在空中,随之向左转180度,左脚下落,右脚向右前方擦出,脚尖翘起,脚跟着地;同时,左拳随转体划弧转至左侧前方,拳心向下;右拳顺缠,随转体向上划弧,下落时右臂屈肘向下旋砸至右侧前方,拳心斜向内,拳眼向上。眼看右前方。(图44、45、46、47)

身体右转,右脚尖落地塌实,随之弓膝塌劲,成右侧弓步。同时右拳逆缠向内转至腹前,拳心向内;左拳逆缠向右经面前划弧转至右侧前方,拳心向内,拳眼向上。(图48)

身体左转,右腿弓膝塌劲,成右偏马步;同时右拳顺缠向右前上方转出,臂成弧形,抱与胸前,拳同胸高,拳心向内,拳眼向上;左拳稍顺缠向下向内收转至右肘下侧,拳心向内,拳眼向上。眼看前方。(图49)

【要点】当双拳逆缠向下栽拳时,要向下松塌裆劲,称为续劲,接着左手向上领起的同时两脚蹬地发力向上跃起,随之身体左转,两臂向左抡击,落地后重心落至左腿,要踏实不可左右摇晃,接着,右腿向前弓膝,两臂缠抱与胸前,拳心向内,拳眼向上。
