(六)左右搂膝拗步
1.撤步探掌:身体稍右转,步型不变,左手逆缠向右前上方转出,与肩同高,掌心向上,掌指斜向前上方,右手向下按至右侧腹前,掌心向下,掌指向前。紧接着,右腿弓住塌劲,提起左脚向左后方撤步,形成右弓步;同时,右手向上经左臂上侧转至右侧前方,掌心向下,掌指斜向上,随之,左手向内收转至右肘内下侧,掌型不变,眼看右前方(图22、23)。

2.虚步转提:身法不变,左腿屈膝塌劲,身体重心移至左腿,右腿伸开,脚尖翘起;随之两臂屈肘,两手向下捋转至腹前,掌型不变,接着,右脚尖向内扣转,落地踏实,弓膝塌劲,身体重心移至右腿,身体随之左转,左腿伸展,脚尖翘起;同时,左手逆缠向左转至左胯前,掌心向下,掌指斜向前,右手逆缠向左转至左胯前。紧接着,屈臂向上提至右耳侧,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向前上方,眼看前方(图24、25、26)。

3.弓步按掌:身法不变,左脚尖落地踏实,向前弓膝塌劲,右腿向后蹬伸,形成左弓步;同时,右手随弓膝向前推按,屈臂,塌腕立掌,掌心向前,掌指向上,左手向左搂转至左胯外前侧,掌心向下,掌指向前,眼法不变(图27)。(此势胸向东北)

4.虚步提手:身体稍右转,左腿弓住塌劲,身体重心移至左腿,提起右脚向内收转至左脚内侧;同时,右手逆缠屈肘向左转至左肩前,掌心向左,掌指向上,左手向前提至腹高。紧接着,屈肘向上提至耳侧,掌心向前,掌指斜向前上方,右手向下按转至胯前,掌心向下,掌指斜向前;与此同时,右脚向右前方上步,脚跟着地,脚尖翘起,眼看前方(图28、29)。

5.弓步按掌:身体稍右转,右脚尖落地踏实,向前弓膝塌劲,左腿向后蹬伸,形成右弓步;同时,左手随弓膝向前推按,屈臂,塌腕立掌,掌心向前,掌指向上,右手向右搂转至右胯外前侧,掌心向下,掌指向前,眼法不变(图30)。(此势胸向东)
