(二)左右揽扎衣
1.虚步下捋:身体左转,右腿弓住塌劲,身体重心移至右腿,提起左脚向内收转,落至右脚内侧,脚尖着地;同时,右手顺缠向内收转至腹前,掌心向内,掌指斜向下,左手顺缠向内收转至左胯前,掌心向右,掌指斜向下,眼看左前方(图4)。

2.虚步提手:身法不变,右腿弓住塌劲,提起左脚向左前方上步,脚跟先着地,脚尖翘起;同时,两手向上,右手转至胸前,掌心向内,掌指向前,左手转至左肩前,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向上,指尖与下颌同高,眼法不变(图5)。

3.弓步按掌:身体稍左转,左脚尖落地踏实,向前弓膝塌劲,身体重心前移,随之右腿蹬伸形成左弓步;同时,两手向前按出,左手塌腕立掌,掌心向前,掌指向上,指尖与鼻同高,右手按至左肘内下侧,掌心向前,掌指向上,眼看前方(图6)。

4.跟步合抱:身体稍左转,左腿弓住塌劲,右脚跟抬起外展;同时,两手逆缠向内向下划弧转至两胯前,掌心向下,掌指向前;紧接着,两手继续逆缠向外、向上划弧转至胸前,两臂屈肘,两手合抱于胸前,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向上,与此同时,提起右脚向前跟步,落在左脚的右后侧,脚尖着地,成右后虚步,眼法不变(图7、8)。(胸向东南)

5.虚步下捋:身体右转,左腿弓住塌劲,右脚以脚前掌为轴,脚跟向内扣转,成右前虚步;同时,两手向右运转至右侧前方,右手指尖与鼻同高,左手转至右肘内侧。紧接着,两手沿弧线向下捋转,左手转至腹前,掌心向内,掌指斜向下,右手转至右胯前,掌心向左,掌指斜向下,眼看右前方(图9、10)。

6.虚步提手:身法不变,左腿弓住塌劲,提起右脚向右前方上步,脚跟先着地,脚尖翘起;同时,两手向上,左手转至胸前,掌心向内,掌指向前,右手转至右肩前,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向上,指尖与下颌同高,眼法不变(图11)。

8.跟步合抱:身体稍右转,右腿弓住塌劲,左脚跟抬起外展;同时,两手逆缠向内向下划弧转至两胯前,掌心向下,掌指向前。紧接着,两手继续逆缠向外、向上划弧转至胸前,两臂屈肘,两手合抱于胸前,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向上;与此同时,提起左脚向前跟步,落在右脚的左后侧,脚尖着地,成左后虚步,眼法不变(图13、14)。(胸向正西)
