3　Alternative Designs

Vendor may offer the alternative proposal,which is favorable for every concerned party(Owner/Purchaser/and Vendor)from technical and commercial viewpoints.Purchaser will evaluate the alternative proposal,offered by Vendor,whether he accepts it or not.The offering shall include detailed specification,reference experience and standard criteria,if any.
