Adding a group of users

In Content Server a group of users is called an Alias and here's how you create one:

  1. Go to the Aliases tab on the User Admin Applet.
  2. Click on Add.
  3. Pick a name and description.
  4. Pick users to be added.

You're done (see screenshot below):

What if you already have your users authenticating to an LDAP or Active Directory? Does it mean they will have to log in again to the Content Server and use yet another user name and password?
