左脚跟为轴,脚尖向内扣转,随之两手变顺缠向外向下划弧,左手转至左膝前上方,掌心斜向上,掌指向前;右手转至左肘内侧,掌心斜向上,掌指向前。眼法不变。(图62)

身体稍左转,右腿弓膝塌劲,身体重心移至右腿,左脚向内收转至右脚的左前侧,脚尖着地,成左前虚步,两手在原处加大顺缠,掌心翻向上。(图63)

【要点】两手逆缠向前插掌,两臂形成一圆弧,接着两手变顺缠向外向下向内划弧收转。接着,两手向前推按的同时左腿屈膝提起。
