(十一)前蹚
身体右转,右腿弓膝塌劲,左脚以脚跟内侧贴地,向左前方擦出,脚跟着地,脚尖翘起。同时两手向下向右捋出,掌心斜向右,掌指斜向前。(图65)

身体变为左转,左脚尖落地踏实,左腿弓膝塌劲;随之右手变顺缠,向上屈肘向内按至左腕内侧同时向左转出,两臂成弧形,眼看左前方。(图66、67)

身体继续左转,左脚以脚跟为轴,脚尖外摆,随之弓膝塌劲,重心移至左腿,提起右脚、经左脚内侧向右前方擦出,接着弓膝塌劲,成右偏马步。同时两手变逆缠掌心翻向外,向左右分展转出,至左右前方,然后松肩沉肘,塌腕立掌,掌心斜向前,掌指向上。眼看右前方。(图68、69)

【要点】双手向右下捋时,身体随之右转,左脚向左前方上步,眼看右侧。两手向左右分掌时,先平拉掌,当两臂展开时再沉肘立掌。
