Asia Cinema

亚细亚电影院，坐落于哈尔滨市南岗区果戈里大街 414 号，建于1908 年，砖混结构，折中主义建筑风格，原为凤翔影剧院（“巨人”影剧院），1936 年改名为“亚细亚电影院”。它早期为集旅馆、餐厅和电影院为一体的休闲娱乐场所，是中国最早的豪华电影院之一。这座电影院不仅承载着哈尔滨这座城市与电影文化发展的独特缘分，也深藏着许多老哈尔滨人的回忆。

Asia Cinema, located at No. 414 Gogol Street in Nangang District,was built in 1908 with a brick-concrete structure and exhibits an eclectic architectural style. Originally known as the Fengxiang Theater (the “Giant”Theater), it was renamed “Asia Cinema” in 1936. In its early days, it served as a leisure and entertainment venue integrating a hotel, restaurant, and cinema, and was one of the earliest luxurious cinemas in China. This cinema not only carries the unique connection between the city of Harbin and the development of fi lm culture but also reminds Harbin citizens of their past precious memories.
